Randall Spak

Randall Spak is an Independent Consultant. He has been Senior Vice President at Jackson Furniture company, a TN upholstery manufacturer, from July 2006-May 2008. Mr. Spak was also the President and Chief Executive Officer at Lane Furniture Industries, a subsidiary of Furniture Brands International, from 2004-2006. At Lane Furniture, he was responsible for complete operational oversight for the upper-middle furniture manufacturer whose products are sold through a variety of retailers, such as Haverty's and Rooms-To-Go, as well as J.C. Penney and Macy's. During his 20-year tenure with Lane Furniture, he has served in positions like Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Corporate Accounts.
