Rakesh Goyal

Rakesh Goyal is the Managing Director of Sysman Computers (P) Ltd. and Director of Centre for Research and Prevention of Computer Crimes, Mumbai. He is a Chartered Engineer, Certified Management Consultant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager, and Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Computer Crimes Investigator. He has authored books on “Computer Crimes”; “Digital Signature” and "I.T.Act-2000" and articles/papers. He has over 30 years of experience in managing assignments in IS Security. He was awarded the Young Consultant Award-1990 by CDC, Government of India. He was part of the expert group, which drafted Indian Information Technology Act, 2000. He chaired Committees to draft PKI Audit Standards and Model Audit Report under IT Act, 2000. He is a Member of Technical Audit Committee, MIT, Government of India. (This is me - Update Profile)
