Rajendra Bansal is a Freelance Consultant in the telecommunications space, advising companies based on his previous experience in the telecom sector. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President- at Reliance Infocomm Limited, a wireless carrier. He has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sector. Previously, he was an Indian telecom service officer at the Department of Telecom. He is experienced in the telecommunications and computers industry. He was responsible for the setup of ‘NOCC' for Indian National Satellite system in 1982. He has worked as a member of consultant team on Regional African Satellite Communication Project of ITU for the feasibility study of a Satellite Communication Network in the African Continent. He was responsible for planning, implementation, operations, and marketing for Value Added Services. He was also responsible for planning, implementation, expansion and operations of the Telecom Network Switching and Transport operations in Assam. (This is me - Update Profile)
