Prasanta Ghosal is a Lead Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation. Previously he has held several management positions at Nextel, Inter Tel, Intel Corporation and Trillium Digital Systems. He has done his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from IT_BHU, India and MBA from University of California Irvine. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication Industry. He has worked in the product development and strategy formulation of handheld enhancement products like Windows Mobile based Smartphone and pocket PC for iDEN, GSM and CDMA networks. He is experienced in VOIP, wireless including GSM, GPRS, CDMA, device drivers, embedded systems, broadband and IP technologies.
