Ping Zhao

Rogers Zhao is a principal expert and strategist at China Telecom R&D Center, a company specializing in research in broad band terminals, software, switchers and radio application. He has more than 10 years of experience in telecom operation and management. He is experienced in telecom equipment trends, telecom business development and telecom infrastructure investment in China. He is knowledgeable in telecom equipment provider like Huawei, ZTE, UTstar, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, and Ericsson. He specializes in data communication, XDSL, 3G, GSM, VoIP, and IPTV, value-added services, OSS and BSS technologies. He is a rapporteur for ITU-T SG4, TMF, TIMNA and CCSA, China Telecom Group Network Management Technology Committee, and the China Telecom OSS Study Group.
