Mr. Pietro Doran

Council Member Biography

Pietro Doran is the Chairman of Doran Capital Partners (Korea). DCP is a real estate investment, fund management and investment advisory firm incorporated in the Republic of Korea and Senior Investment Advisor to the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) in Korea. He has been a resident of the Republic of Korea for 17 years. Prior to assuming these positions, Mr. Doran was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Properties (formally KGI) and Kearny Buck Korea (KBK) from 1999 through 2002, wholly owned investment and asset management divisions of MSREF. Both MSPK and KBK were formed from the acquisition of The John Buck Company Korea (JBC), Korea's first 100% foreign owned real estate services firm of which Mr. Doran was the Founder, Partner, and Principal. He has been a Partner of Gale International Korea Ltd. (GIK) GIK is the Master Developer for New Songdo City (NSC) located in Incheon City, Korea representing Asia's largest private real estate project. (This is me - Update Profile)
