Philip Dabrowski is a Consultant Real Estate and Facility Management at Reality Consult GmbH, an international management consultancy for real estate and facility management. Mr. Dabrowski specializes in facility management strategy and organization, process analysis and optimization, and Change Management. He has served in project management and consultant roles for the site value analysis for NEC Electronics Europe; a new securities trading center for 1,200 people – determination of user requirements and conception of a property for Landesbank Baden-Württemberg; maintenance costs analysis and benchmarking for selected properties of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg; real estate asset management startup and procurement of property management services for Custom House Capital Asset Management Germany, property management migration from external managers to own subsidiary for one portfolio of Vivacon; and administration and ongoing development of the Asset Management Information and Controlling System (AMISS) of Aurelis Real Estate.
