Peter Gensheimer is a Director at Savills Japan K.K. in Tokyo. Savills is a real estate company specializing in providing brokerage services, client solutions and consultancy services. Mr. Gensheimer works in the investment sales division and has expertise in investment sales, leasing, appraisal and management of corporate clients. He has been located in Japan since 2001, having worked most recently at Cushman & Wakefield as Director in the investment sales, asset management, retail leasing and consulting division. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Gensheimer was based in Japan working as a Managing Director for Enright, a New York based real estate investment fund, having previously been located in New York with Sanwa Bank, advising clients on their disposal strategies for US and European real estate holdings.
