Paul Ruwe is Principal and Head of the Commercial Development Practice at Muse Stancil, a global downstream energy consultancy firm. Mr. Ruwe has managed and developed number of energy projects around the globe in electric power, petroleum refining, and petrochemical sectors. He currently focuses on helping clients in developing new energy projects and improving the performance of existing assets. Mr. Ruwe provides consultancy on commercial development operations, asset valuation metrics, current market assessments, and margin forecasts for the downstream energy sector.
