The firm provides expert witness services to law firms and diligence services to investors. The firm provides consultation in the areas of social collaboration, network security and next generation telecom. Mr. Louis is an operations and technology expert in the telecom, media and technology sectors. He has authored 11 books. Mr. Louis is an advisor to Kindle Innovations, TabUp, and BitInsight. He had participated in the development of the first standards for cellular roaming and analog and digital cellular (1G through 4G). Mr. Louis is currently engaged in developing the use of prediction markets decision tools for use in corporate restructuring. I am a supporter of Clearwire. I like the concept. However, a year ago I had expressed my doubts about Sprint Nextel and its Partners’ ability to find the cash in 2009 to build the network unless Clearwire could demonstrate it had a plan it could execute to.
