Nick Pournader, Ph.D., is the Chief Operating Officer at Grant & Eisenhofer PA, a class-action securities litigation firm in the US representing institutional investors. He has over 16 years of experience in the IT services, software, and professional services industries. He also serves as an IT strategy advisor to Fortune 500 clients including Marriott, Comcast, Federated, and Wachovia. Previously, he was the Vice President at Siebel Systems, and was responsible for managing the CRM hosting division; and an Executive Consultant and Vice President and General Manager and Corporate Vice President- Strategy at SunGard.
