Nicholas Krsnich

Mr. Krsnich has 24 years of Financial Service Experience concentrated in mortgage investment and risk management. JMN Financial LLC was formed in 2006 to provide portfolio management and consultation to Financial Institutions and investors. The firm currently has over $60 million in institutional funds under management and has consulted for some of the industry's premier financial companies and private equity firms. Prior to JNM, Mr. Krsnich served as Chief Investment Officer for Countrywide Financial Corporation and as a Board Member of Countrywide Bank, his last positions in tenure from 1995 to 2005. During that span Countrywide's market price increased four fold and its investment and risk management functions were considered the industry's best. Previously, Mr. Krsnich was Head of Capital Markets at Bank of America Mortgage. He authored “Residential Mortgage Investment, Valuation and Risk Management”.
