Nathan Smith is an Industry Analyst and Consultant at Frost & Sullivan's North American Aerospace & Defense Practice. Mr. Smith focuses on monitoring and analyzing emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics in commercial aerospace with a focus on the global aircraft maintenance repair and overhauls market. He is a private pilot and retains a FAA Airframe and Powerplant license. Since joining Frost & Sullivan, Mr. Smith has specialized in commercial aerospace and has written and published several aerospace and defense research reports, as well as a contributor to numerous newspapers and magazines. He has spent 26 years in aircraft maintenance and engineering with a major airline, serving in several technical and management position.
