Morten Haure-Petersen

Morten Haure-Petersen (MHP) is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Apetito Catering, contract caterers in Germany, France and Holland, where he has worked since 2005. He is also the Chief Executing Officer at RVS Gmbh, a sales and marketing arm of the Apetito Group. Previously, he has served as the Vice President Europe (retail) at Gate Gourmet International, where he has worked from 2003-05. Gate Gourmet International is a food service company which manages more than 120 flight kitchens, prepares meals for airline passengers, of about 200 airlines. MHP served as General Manager Germany/Europe for YUM! Brands (1999-2003), as Senior Vice President for Choice Hotels Europe Plc (1991-99), General Manager for Great Western Royal (London) and Scandic Hotels (Scandinavia). His expertise is in profitable development of corporate and franchised multi-site consumer businesses B2C & B2B, including start-ups and turnarounds for US and European Multinational.
