Minos Athanassiadis

Minos Athanassiadis is currently a consultant at Encore Associates, a food and consumer goods consulting firm. Minos has more than 20 years of expertise in both the agriculture and technology industries. He has held a series of produce industry positions including Director of Sales and Marketing at Dole Fresh Vegetables Fresh-Cut Division, and President of Underwood Ranches. During four years at Agribuys, he managed a software sales and implementation team which delivered a web-based application to over 2,000 companies providing food products to retail grocers, including, Safeway, Wegmans and Ahold USA. Athanassiadis earned an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in economics from the University of California at Davis. (This is me - Update Profile)
