Mikel E. Budde is a Managing Director with Network Building & Consulting (NB&C) with responsibility for all aspects of new tower development. In addition, Mr. Budde has specific consulting expertise in the development of traditional wireless networks, Wi-Max (4G) and microwave backhaul systems.
