Mike Heller is a senior technology and business consultant, with recent work for Cisco Systems and other high-tech firms. He is also a former full-time employee of Cisco, where he worked for 8 years. Previously, he has worked at HP, AT&T, Bell Labs, and SBC. Mike has experience in a wide range of network engineering, network operations, and marketing management roles, and is able to discuss voice and data networks, applications such as Voice/IP and WiFi, operations support/network management systems, and telecom regulation and industry trends. With over 40 years in the industry, his experience includes work in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Mike has a BS in Electrical Engineering, and graduate work in business and finance. He has spoken at service provider conferences and events worldwide, and his writings have appeared in various telecom industry publications and books.
