Michael Stephan Duesberg is a Partner at taskforce, the leading interim and project management company in Germany. Mr. Duesberg takes over executive management responsibility for complex change processes and turnaround management. He has gained implementation competence resulting from a long experience in banking and asset management, IT and Outsourcing as well as in marketing and sales. Mr. Duesberg also has corporate governance and compliance experience through numerous board memberships in six European countries. He has developed strong leadership and coaching competence in change management environments with heterogeneous and multinational teams. Mr. Duesberg has over 25 years of professionals experience holding positions such as the Managing Director of Electronic Data Systems, Germany; Managing Director of INVESCO Continental Europe, Belgium; Executive Vice President and the Head of Global Operations at Commerzbank, Germany; General Manager of Continental Europe at State Street Bank & Trust Company, USA and Germany and the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Hypo-Bank, Germany.
