Michael Richard is the Business Development Manager at Danone Group in China, a global food & beverage company with market leadership in dairy products & bottled water. Based in Shanghai, Mr. Richard has extensive experience in the market approach of China, advanced collaboration with major retailers, food products and distribution networks development and retail marketing specialist. Additionally, Mr. Richard has been the first to carry out advanced consumer research to study local food consumers'behaviors and have helped global and local retailers to reshape their offer towards fast changing consumers. He has also the unique experience of having worked in both WOFE and Chinese State-owned companies of more than 5,000 employees.
