Mike Milam is an independent Consultant in the energy field. Most recently, he was a Vice President and Refinery Manager at Frontier Oil's Cheyenne, WY refinery. Frontier is an independent petroleum refining and marketing company with complex refineries located in Wyoming and Kansas. Frontier's primary products of gasoline, diesel, and asphalt are marketed in the Rocky Mountain and Plains States. Mr. Milam has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He also has experience in leading teams, developing business and managing engineering operations and projects. Prior, Mr. Milam was the Director of Performance Management at Tesoro, a Consultant at Zachry Construction and a Vice President at Ultramar Diamond Shamrock. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, an MS in Information Technology from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from the West Texas A&M University.
