Michael Krasnow

Michael Krasnow is the President at Operational Solutions, a retail strategy and Operations Consultant, where he has worked since June 2007. Previously, Mr. Krasnow was the Senior Director of Stores at Zale Corporation, the largest retail jewelry organization in North America, from 1996 to 2006. He was responsible for a $200M territory, consisting of over 130 stores in 11 states and Puerto Rico, with up to 12 direct reports. Mr. Krasnow had responsibility for sales and profits, developing and executing training programs, staff development and all profit & loss functions, as well as budgeting. Prior to this assignment, from 1978 to 1996, Mr. Krasnow was part of the Sterling Jeweler's organization, where he helped develop the new concept store, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. With over 30 years of retail jewelry experience, he has developed a network of contacts in many companies and is abreast of current trends.
