Mr. Hughes has experience in managing crude chartering in the energy and transportation industry. Prior to moving to private practice, he was Director of Chartering at Coastal Corporation and a General Manager at Boston Ocean Carriers. Mr. Hughes holds a BS in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MS in International Business from Florida International University.
