Michael Hughes is a consultant and expert witness in the oil and tanker segments of the petroleum market. Mr. Hughes has experience in managing crude chartering in the energy and transportation industry. Prior to moving to private practice, he was Director of Chartering at Coastal Corporation and a General Manager at Boston Ocean Carriers. Mr. Hughes holds a BS in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MS in International Business from Florida International University. (This is me - Update Profile)
