Michael Druyanoff is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global HVAC Distributors, a firm distributing cooling, heating, and ventilation (HVAC) equipment, parts, and products for residential and commercial use. Prior, he was the Vice President (Investment Banker and Lawyer) at Bear Stearns, New York. At Bear Stearns, Mr. Druyanoff had experience in handling initial public offerings (IPOs), leveraged buyouts (LBO), private placements, high yield offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
