Michael Cherry has designed and managed many electronic payment and retail systems that are used by JP Morgan Chase, UBS, Sony, NCR, IBM and millions of their clients. He is an expert in Large Systems, Biometrics, Encryption and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). He has addressed the Biometric Committee of The National Academies of Sciences. The US Department of Justice references several of his biometric articles on their NCJRS web site. His firm, Cherry Biometrics integrates secure biometric solutions within many industries. He has worked closely with many FBI and FIPS Certified vendors including Cogent, L-1, Voltage, RSA, NEC, Ultra-Scan and Sagem. His knowledge of emerging end point and perimeter DLP providers includes Vontu, Veritas and Fidelis. He is the Vice Chairman of the Digital Technology Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
