Council Member Biography
Matthew McCormick is the Founder of Technology Decisions, an IT and telecom consultancy. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor of telecommunications and information technology at DeVry University. He is certified by the WiMax Forum as an RF Network Design Engineer and as a Core Network Engineer and teaches those certification courses. He is a former instructor for the United States Telecommunications Training Institute, and has presented on 3G wireless standards to faculty at the Moscow Technical University and Goscomsvyaz, the “Russian FCC”. His clients include domestic and international firms and governments. Technology Decisions, Inc. is an approved INFRAGARD member. INFRAGARD is a public-private effort under the auspices of the FBI to protect American infrastructure. Matt is a member of ISSA, Information Systems Security Association.
