Matt Simester is the Director at Auriemma Consulting Group (ACG), a UK based firm providing comprehensive management consulting to the financial services industry with a particular focus on cards and lending. ACG provides performance assessment and benchmarking services in Collections, Recoveries, Compliance and Customer Services. In addition ACG provides due diligence, expert witness and portfolio acquisition/disposal consulting. ACG also provide primary and secondary research into the UK lending markets. From 2005 till 2007, he was an Executive at Barclaycard and led their prepaid cards strategy and also MD of a Barclaycard JV. Mr. Simester has 20 years of experience in areas like credit card strategies, portfolio management, distribution, alliances, cross sales and payment protection insurance. He has been responsible for product management at the Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank, VP of Marketing at Affinion.
