Mark Saunders

Mark Saunders was until recently a Senior Partner at Holland & Knight in New York. Currently, he maintains a practice in the international, securities and corporate finance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions areas. Mr. Saunders has negotiated transactions in over 20 countries around the world over the course of his career, and most recently represented clients in connection with six merger and acquisition transactions, which range in size from $1.4 to over $25 billion. Prior to that, he was a Counsel to the Corporate Finance Department and the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Morgan Stanley. Thereafter, Mr. Saunders was General Counsel of an international joint venture subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company. He was elected a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel, a member of the advisory board of the Southwestern Legal Foundation and a member of the faculty of the International Law Institute.
