Mark Roberts is a Principal at WIF-COM Consulting. He Specializes in green windmill technologies, in-building smart meters, out-door and in-building DAS, health and safety solutions both FCC and OSHA, site acquisition, zoning, land use planning, build-to-suit (BTS), backhaul services, tower assets, network services, construction, development and operations, realistic collocation and relocation pricing. He is knowledgeable about lease up rates for tower inventory by location, and analyzing the needs and issues of wireless carriers. He has consulted for Telecom Transport Management (TTMI), RSI Corp, T-Mobile, AT&T/Cingular, Verizon, Sprint/Nextel, Alltel, Cricket, Clearwire, and local, state and federal government agencies.
