Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts is the Principal of WIF-COM Consulting LLC. He was previously the Vice President and General Manager at Signal Hill Telecom Services LLC. He specializes in health and safety solutions both FCC and OSHA, site acquisition, zoning, land use planning, build-to-suit (BTS), backhaul services, tower assets, network services, construction, development and operations, realistic collocation and relocation pricing. He is knowledgeable in lease up rates for tower inventory by location, and analyzing the needs and issues of wireless carriers. He has consulted for Telecom Transport Management (TTMI), RSI Corp, T-Mobile, AT&T/Cingular, Verizon, Sprint/Nextel, Alltel, Cricket, Clearwire, and local, state and federal government agencies. Previously, he was the Director of Sales at Spectrasite; and also held senior sales, new business development, market/field manager and program management positions at Crown Castle USA, American Tower Corp, Motorola Communications, and Electronics, Inc.
