Council Member Biography

Mark Liguori is a Principal at Liguori & Associates, a Connecticut real estate investment firm focused primarily on Connecticut based commercial and residential investment. Mr. Liguori has been involved in many aspects of the commercial real estate industry since 1992. Previously, he served as a Regional Manager for Baker Properties in Pleasantville, New York, where he was responsible for industrial and office properties in Connecticut, retail shopping centers in Texas and Mississippi, and a multi-unit apartment building in Virginia. Mr. Liguori was also responsible for sourcing leads, negotiating lease transactions, developing financial projections, securing entitlements and managing the new development process for retail, industrial, and office space. Previously, he served as a Financial Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, New York and later as a Broker for the firm responsible for tenant and owner representation. (This is me - Update Profile)
