Mark C. Del Bianco is a Managing Partner at Law Office of Mark Del Bianco, Kensington, Maryland. He has more than twenty years of experience in communications, antitrust and international trade law.
Prior to starting his own firm in 2003, Mr. Del Bianco spent eleven years in the communications group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. He specalizes in domestic and international telecommunications regulation, the Internet and competition policy. He has knowledge of new broadband communications technologies and of the regulatory responses to those technologies in the US, EU and elsewhere.
Mr. Del Bianco represents a variety of communications clients (including new service providers, broadband equipment manufacturers and business users)in regulatory and contractual matters. He also has experience advising companies about the potential regulatory and business effects of disruptive communications technologies, such as VOIP. He is a Vice Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section's Computers and Internet Commitee.
