Great Lakes Chemical Corporation
Mark Bulriss was the Chairman and CEO at Great Lakes Chemical Corp. prior to the merger with Crompton, now called Chemtura. Great Lakes was a Specialty Chemical Company with primary focus on Polymer Stabilizers, Flame Retardants and Pool Chemicals. He held that position for approximately 7 years. Prior to joining Great Lakes, Mr. Bulriss served as president of Allied Signal Polymers, a $2.1 billion business unit of Allied Signal (now Honeywell International), which manufactures polymers and markets nylon, technical fibers, plastics, films and chemical intermediates. Before being named as president of its polymers unit, Mr. Bulriss served as president of Allied Signal electronic material business. His 28-year career in specialty chemicals and plastics also includes 16 years with GE plastics, a division of the General Electric Corporation. (This is me - Update Profile)
