Mallory Hill

Mallory Hill is the CEO of Novelle Financial Services, Inc., a nationwide FHA/HUD licensed originator of residential mortgages. Since 1997, Mr. Hill has owned and operated New Life Funding, a California retail mortgage lender. Previously, Mr. Hill was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Mortgages PLC, a London based Alt A and sub-prime lender. He worked at Mortgages PLC from Jul 1997 - Dec 2002. In addition, Mr. Hill spent over ten years on Wall Street, nine of them at the investment banking firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he focused on principal mortgage finance. He was responsible for bringing to DLJ, the creation of the first two SubPrime/Wall St. JV's: Quality Mortgage and BNC Mortgage. Mr. Hill was published in Fabozzi's Handbook of Sub Prime Consumer Finance. Mr. Hill holds the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
