Luciano Mule'Stagno

Luciano Mule'Stagno, Ph.D., is the Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Malta, the national agency for cultural heritage, museums and conservation. He is also a technical consultant with polysilicon, wafer, solar and equipment manufacturers. He has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Until Dec. 2006, he was the Director of Worldwide Labs at MEMC, where he was responsible for wafer and crystal characterization. Dr. Mule'Stagno is an expert on various aspects of solar technology and market, defects in silicon, silicon characterization equipment and defect detection and etching techniques. He follows the technical and commercial developments of key silicon and thin-film solar companies. He has published over 25 technical papers and applied for 9 patents.
