He specializes in java issues and internet programming, e-learning, benchmarking, scientometrics, internet computing, java, project management, change management, budget management, government, IT companies. He has authored books on digital image compression and papers on scientometrics, RIA, IT impact in business, organization theory, and e-learning. He teaches management at the department of engineering at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he is also a tutor and consultant for e-learning issues.
