Louise Epstein

Louise Epstein is the President of Charge-Off Clearinghouse. She has over 20 years of experience in the debt business, including executive-level structuring, issuing, managing and selling. Ms. Epstein is responsible for all activities related to the acquisition and sale of charged-off consumer debt. The Company has sold over half a billion dollars worth of charged-off accounts. She has an MBA and BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Charge-Off Clearinghouse, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Peleton Capital Group, Inc., which provided financial services to both public and private entities. Notably, she was Director of Funds Management for the Texas Veterans Land Board, an investment banker for a regional brokerage house, Assistant Executive Director of the Texas Bond Review Board, and Director of Public Finance for the Texas Treasury.
