Lisa Curran

Lisa Curran is the Principal of LJC Ventures, an independent management consulting firm. Previously, Ms. Curran was the Director of Strategic Planning at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. At the CME, she managed a team responsible for developing overall strategy. Ms. Curran performed strategic analysis related to possible mergers and acquisitions, developed industry and competitive analyses, and made recommendations for evolving the Exchange's business to achieve the organic and inorganic growth goals. In addition, she led the annual planning process, working closely with Exchange Management Team and Finance Department. She ensured the consistency between strategic plans, planned activities, and the annual budget. She also made numerous presentations to Board of Directors. Prior to the CME, Ms. Curran was the Vice President of Electronic Commerce at Refco Group, where she was responsible for strategy development. (This is me - Update Profile)
