Liam Bailey is Head of Residential Research and Partner at Knight Frank and is based in the UK. He leads and co-ordinates projects for clients including: public sector organizations, developers, investors and funders. In recent months, Mr. Bailey has worked on projects offering support for residential property strategies in local, regional, national and international contexts. With projects covering; development, private housing, investment and affordable tenures, Mr. Bailey has developed wide ranging experience across the whole residential sector. Recent projects have seen a continued expansion of work on regeneration initiatives, addressing issues of market failure, development capacity and sustainability. Global property issues are at the forefront of Mr. Bailey’s agenda. Recently completed projects have covered European property investment and worldwide demand for leisure led residential schemes.
