Lester Warby III was most recently (7/08) the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Firstmark Credit Union, a full service, financial services organization. He specializes in credit union operations, management, and technology. He was responsible for the security, purchasing, budgeting, vendor relations and contract negotiations at the credit union. Mr. Warby was also responsible for conducting financial analysis, performance analysis, & competitive analysis. Previously, he was the Chief Information Officer at Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union; Technical Administration and Control Manager, and Information Security Officer at Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle; and a Network and Computer Operations Manager at the Boeing Company for the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
