Lester Schindel is the Chief Executive Officer and President at New England Sinai Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, a 212-bed long-term acute care hospital. During his first 6 months at Sinai, he expanded the patient care assessment committee, reinvested in Sinai’s future by initiating a $6 million information technology upgrade and a master facility plan to upgrade an aging physical plant. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Merrimack Valley Hospital, a 140-bed acute-care hospital. Mr. Schindel is a proven healthcare executive with more than 25 years experience in hospital operations and strategic affiliations. His expertise is in hospital operations, medical staff relations, medical staff recruitment and development and program development. (This is me - Update Profile)
