Lennart Koch is a Managing Director and Partner at taskforce, a Germany based interim and project management company. Mr. Koch’s work focuses on implementing strategic decisions for his clients. In connection with interim management or project management, he has assumed responsibility in numerous projects for successful implementation. Mr. Koch concentrates on the subjects of sales, IT outsourcing, purchasing, and cost-cutting. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in industrials and IT. In his role at taskforce Mr. Koch has successfully worked for corporate groups, subsidiaries, and also mid-sized businesses such as BASF IT Services, Sennheiser, Gerlin, Siemens Business Services, Techdata, ALIXPARTNERS and Ströer. Projects he worked on included tasks such as the development of an international IT strategy and IT governance, optimization of IT cost efficiency, optimization of a purchasing department, post-merger integration, IT audits, reorganization of sales, development of an IT outsourcing strategy, company acquisition support, restructuring of production structures and services or CRM projects. Before joining taskforce Mr. Koch held several senior management positions in the IT and technology sector such as COO of jobpilot; Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Managing Director at Wideyes; Board Member at Softlab and General Manager at Rank Xerox.
