Council Member Biography
Laura Hansen is currently a consultant to corporations in the area of contact center and CRM initiatives. From 2000-2004 Ms. Hansen was President/CEO of the Direct Response Corporation. Ms. Hansen has over 20 years of experience in the marketing of cable television and the call center industry to support inbound, outbound, CRM and database marketing program. Technical expertise includes use of telecommunications hardware, call routing software and call management systems. Prior to DRC, she held senior positions at GTE Directories Corporation, ABC Broadcasting, Newhouse Broadcasting, Westinghouse Broadcasting and Walker Research. She has held assignment-based teaching positions for the Direct Marketing Association and DePaul University. She is a contributing author of the book "Marketing 101" published by American Demographics. (This is me - Update Profile)
