Larry Sparks is an Aerospace Industry consultant. He retired in December 2005, as a Senior Procurement Agent at The Boeing Company. He was a Boeing employee for 31 years. Mr. Sparks was responsible for working with large and small companies in manufacturing structural aircraft parts. He has experience in working with Vought Contour Aerospace for manufacturing complex wing skins and straps for Boeing 777 aircraft. Mr. Sparks is knowledgeable on lean manufacturing concepts and applications to reduce cost of product through value engineering and manufacturing efficiencies. He was a member of Boeing Management Association until retirement. Mr. Sparks is also on the Board of Directors of Clatsop Community College. He is also a licensed independent insurance agent in Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. (This is me - Update Profile)

Union Management has encouraged slowdows in previous strikes at Boeing. Union members in the Greater Seattle area are very active and will inflict financial and mangement loses to Boeing program plans.
