Knut Aye is a Partner at taskforce, a Germany based interim and project management company. As a former chartered accountant, tax consultant and branch establishment manager of an international accounting firm, Mr. Aye is familiar with the fields of financial management and balance sheet policy and hold a vast number of consulting mandates concentrating on the fields of corporate finance, IPO and complex capital measures such as balance sheet and revenue optimization. He contributes his know-how with regard to M&A transactions, due diligence, restructurings and reorganizations, sanitation, controlling, business modeling, as well as corporate succession.
