Kenneth Perlman

Kenneth Perlman is a Vice President at Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors. He specializes in the Las Vegas residential real estate market, including master planned communities and high density product. He has worked throughout the United States but focuses mainly on the Las Vegas market. In addition to master planned communities, Mr. Perlman specializes in product segmentation, and multifamily hi-rise product and has spent the past ten years studying the Las Vegas housing market. Prior to joining Sullivan Group he spent 7 years in a similar capacity with Hanley Wood (formerly The Meyers Group). Before joining Meyers Group he was a residential land broker with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Perlman holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the University of San Diego. (This is me - Update Profile)
