Ken Heit is the Director of Sales of Worldwide Cruises, a subsidiary of American Express Travel specializing in the cruise industry. He oversees $30 million in annual cruise sales revenue and supervises 25 employees. Mr. Heit has more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry. As a result of working closely with revenue managers and reservations staff, he has gained extensive knowledge of cruise line operations and management. He is familiar with all major cruises lines, with special insight into Carnival Corporation Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines. Worldwide Cruises specializes in luxury cruise lines such as Crystal, SilverSea, Regent, as well as River Cruise barge companies throughout the world.
