Keith Dillon is a Researcher and Consultant at Dillon RTC, a management consulting firm, where he has worked since April 2004. He focuses on adult education and issues surrounding the post-secondary education industry. Mr. Dillon was Campus Director for ITT Technical Institute until September 2008, where he had responsibility and oversight of all marketing efforts at his campus. From 1999 to 2004, he was a Regional Dean at Strayer University, where he had administrative oversight for 10 campuses in the DC, MD and PA regions. As a Regional Dean, he served on the committee to select a new Strayer University President, participated in discipline advisory sessions and Faculty Senate Meetings, and in other comprehensive reviews of Strayer's strategy. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience, and is well versed in issues facing the For Profit Education industry, including marketing, accreditation, and enrollment trends.
