Council Member Biography
Keegan McNamara is the Principal of Vertical Infill in Carlsbad, California. Mr. McNamara has over 12 years of experience in residential land development, acquisitions, finance, consulting, and home building. He has previously managed a private equity investment fund for RMCI Group. The fund invested in residential developments throughout the western US. Before joining RMCI Group, Mr. McNamara was a Senior Consultant at Robert Charles Lesser & Co (RCLCo), a national real estate consulting company. His clients included developers of master-planned communities, senior housing, apartments, golf courses, and condominiums. Mr. McNamara has also held positions at an urban development company and a land planning and engineering firm. He graduated cum laude from Occidental College and is currently enrolled in the evening MBA program at the Rady School of Management at UCSD.
