Previously, Ms. Cannon was the Senior Vice President and Head of Student Banking Services at Bank of America, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the student loan product including product development, sales, marketing, finance and portfolio management. Ms. Cannon was the founder of ELM Resources, an organization providing automated Federal Family Education Loan Program and private loan processing, updates, funding, and information through the Internet.
