Council Member Biography

Kathrin Nothaft is the Owner and Managing Director of TELEBiLD, a German cable and pay TV consultancy and acting Managing Director of two family owned cable companies in Germany and Austria. She has over 15 years of experiencein the consultancy industry. She joined TELEBiLD as Project Manager, Marketing in 1990 and became Managing Director in 1998.

Ms. Nothaft works with over 115 clients in Germany, including: RTL, ProSiebenSat1, VOX, VIVA, ZDF, TM3, T-Mobile, Turner Broadcasting, QVC Germany, Premiere World, MDR, Medienanstalt Berlin-Brandenburg (MABB), Eutelsat, Deutsche Welle, Axel Springer Verlag, Astra, CNN and many more.

TELEBiILD was formed in 1983 and has its main focus on developing the cable, satellite, terrestrial, DSL and mobile market in Germany, increasing program distribution and affiliate sales, end user marketing and developing business plans and distribution strategies for commercial TV and radio channels and media regulators in Germany.
