Josh Weil is CEO & Co-founder of Youth Trends, the country's largest marketing research and strategic consultation firm focused exclusively on the youth market, since November 2004. Through a comprehensive portfolio of quantitative and qualitative research, Youth Trends delivers personalized data driven insights to over 75 members of the Fortune 500. Youth Trends does market research on companies such as PacSun, American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, J. Crew, PB Teen, Forever 21 and H&M. Prior to co-founding Youth Trends, Josh Weil led the sales and partnership marketing group at Bolt.com, the Internet's first online community for teens, from May 1996 to September 2004. Under his leadership at Bolt, revenues increased ten-fold over a three year period as the company prepared for an initial public offering. Prior to joining Bolt, Mr. Weil founded CollegeFreshman Online, a pioneer in the online video space. The site received numerous awards including honors from Time Magazine. Weil led CollegeFreshman Online through its acquisition in 1996.
